It’s funnnn
This is just an awesome place ,my daughter loves to learn from this place .
Been formally involved in the Martial arts for several years (since 1990).
I am very impressed with this dojo- it focuses on individual growth of each member and facilitates gaining life skills not only in martial arts, but also in discipline, respect and leadership.
I am utilizing the one-on-one instruction offered to re-learn the katas from my previous study with Isshin-ryu Karate.
Both sensei James and ruth put a lot into training each student in martial arts , character building and diligence .
Sensei Jay & Sensei Ruth and all the fellow instructors, have created a wonderful class to all the students.
This includes but is not limited to, Katas (special forms that teach discipline, balance, breathing exercises, and strength), upper and lower body movements, self defense, knife training, and sparring.
I am also a past practitioner of Isshinryu.
