My son has been attending Taekwondo classes here for a few years.

I have trained with Master Bernard since 2007, he has had the greatest impact on my life as a competitor, taking all the time and giving all the care in the world as a coach (He never sees limitations).

When I migrated to the USA, I was looking for a place to continue practising Taekwondo that shared the same values as our school in Jamaica.

His training with Master Bernard has brought what any parent wishes for their child; my son is progressing in strength and fitness and is growing into his potential in a safe environment.

Most importantly, through my time at Team USA Taekwondo I've developed strong bonds with the people I have been training with and will always regard them as a second family.

You cant go wrong with an Olympic competitor and coach who has produced an Olympic competitor and 2 world kickboxing champions right here in Fort Lee NJ.

I've found that even when I'm dealing with physical challenges or injuries, or just the day to day struggles that make you want to hide in a hole somewhere, I always feel driven to come back; not just for how much I love Taekwondo, but because Master Bernard and the team are like family and Team USA is my home.
