From classes that are taught on ways to keep ourselves healthy to learning many new things, there always something interesting happening and of course yoga.
Yoga is not really my thing, which I was able to learn through them, but they are doing everything right.
The atmosphere and energy is perfectly in line with the thriving town of Chardon.
Amanda is certified in energy work (didn't know that going in), but it explains why I feel like my whole energetic aura was cleansed.
Their instructors are compassionate and very knowledgeable.
Just had my first class back after a few years off yoga, the slow flow was just what I needed, very grounding without being super physically demanding.
Signed up for the 3 week introductory unlimited & now am ready for the full commitment!
Taproot has a really wonderful little health section with some banyan botanical products and body brushes, massage stones and herbal lotions.
Freia and other instructors I’ve had are very good and always open to and encouraging of modifications for specific needs and/or injuries.
There's a class for all abilities and instructors are very accommodating.
