I had wanted to take up boxing for a while and when I stumbled across the beginner class, I took a step forward, tried it and LOVED it. The coach, Jorge, is awesome to say the least. He is all about technique and his passion and dedication to teach others is what I look for in a coach. I've really enjoyed learning from him and I look forward to learning more from the Tao of Boxing family.

As a beginner they all have different skill sets and are passionate about promoting boxing, and the brand.

Highly recommend this gym if you want to improve your boxing skill.
I don't get harrased by people, and everyone there is just doing their best to keep up with the workouts, which are awesome and really make you push yourself at any level.
I have been able to even lose weight, gain strength and learn a combat skillset I never thought I would get into.
TOB is a fantastic gym, great coaches, great owner, great members!
