My daughter was taking lessons at another place and all she did was ride which was ok but here she’s gets to get the horse ready to ride she’s learning how to take care of the horses after the ride.
Marti is very patient and been in business for 22 years so she knows how to treat clients very well.
It is about challenging yourself in each lesson, listening, patience, making good choices, and being courteous to other riders.
She was very thorough with her steps and assured me that if I had any concerns or questions to ask anytime.
Inspired by my growth as both a person and a rider, my husband joined me shortly thereafter, and my six-year-old daughter started lessons at the beginning of the summer.
She has established many friendships "barn friends" and would love to be there more than anywhere else on lesson days and barn days.
If you are someone who is looking for someone to teach you or a family member to ride, then this is the perfect place.
Soon after I began lessons and have found Marti to be a very focused, patient instructor giving me insights into the horse as well as my riding skills.
My disabled son Joel, who cannot walk or talk, enjoyed a 12-week riding class at another riding establishment, but he was not allowed to return unless he could establish that he could control his occasional yelling (which he uses for various communication purposes).
Afterward we walked around and got a feel for the horses and the different personalities and Marti told us about how the ranch got started.
