We will review the Cheng Man Ching 37 Posture Form, while deepening the relaxation of the body and achieving a calm focus of the mind. As always, everything relates to the principles of tai chi as expressed in the Tai Chi Classics. Now that we are back to in-person classes, we will include structured partner work in each lesson. Students will be encouraged, but not required, to participate in cooperative tui shou ("push hands") exercises that involve light touching and safe pushing of hands and arms, following the maxim of "stick, adhere, join, follow.
