His teaching style is relaxed and incredibly thorough, covering a tremendous amount of ground at incredible depths in a way that all students can grasp and benefit from, not only from a martial arts perspective but in many other ways that help deal with daily challenges.
The Instructors are top notch, Sensei Romeo in Bellmore and Grand Master Howard Tague in Selden are with out peer.
The people at the Bellmore dojo I have met over the past 17 months are some of the nicest and most helpful people you could ever meet.
Intuitive curriculum taught by knowledgeable instructors in an environment that fosters learning practical, useful self defense.
Not only is the training realistic to real world confrontational situations, but it also trains you how to stay within the boundaries of the law so as not to have any legal or financial ramifications for defending yourself.
The instructors are top notch, the students from the highest ranking to the newest students are all great, always willing to help each other refine there techniques.
I have been attending Tai-Zen for over 20 years and continue to look forward to each class .
Now, twenty some odd years later, between all the ups and downs of raising two children, running my own business and dealing with everything else that life brings, I still find myself looking forward to days when I can attend class and continue improving my skills.
