Good remote learning experience.
Insightful and well versed educators create a positive learning environment to allow all students the ability to understand the material.
I have taken several classes with Sunset Learning over the years and would highly recommend them for their Cisco training.

Documents and lab materials were great and we learnt a lot in terms of how to set up a contact center from scratch.
Being able to setup the instances in Amazon Connect and "play around" in the sandbox environment was exactly what I need to grasp what the services and how each component integrates with each other.
It was well organized, the information we presently in an interesting manner and questions related to the many hands-on labs were answered well.
Our instructor Russel was very knowledgeable and shared his opinions.
