Summer Culinary

Students make, create and enjoy their own lunches and dinners. Full recipes, appetizers, entrees, desserts… paired thematically… with a special emphasis on plating and presentation at the end. Like Gordon Ramsey says, it all starts with the presentation. What we are out to do is equip our students with the skills it takes to step up their game… and to empower them to know themselves as someone who can create and serve excellence. When we combine these intentions with the real on-the-court skill-building exercises we have created (like knife skills)…. we have created a recipe for culinary success.
