Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey, or are looking to up your game, Coach D will get you to your goals! I have trained with him for about two years now and he is by far the best. He knows his stuff, on both nutrition and exercise, and will take the time to make sure you understand the whys of health and fitness. He will modify any exercise to your personal ability and will work around any injuries you have to get and keep you in the best shape possible. He will always answer any questions you may have and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you have all of the resources that you need to be successful.

I'm trying to rebuild strength and mobility, and Darrell has incredible training and experience in both body tempering (kind of like intense trigger point massage mixed with ultra foam rolling), and strength building.
When I arrive, he has my workout written specifically with my name on it (amongst his other client’s names with their custom workouts written as well) - which tells me that he is tailoring everyone’s workouts according to their own individual needs/goals/abilities…instead of just a “one size fits all” approach.
