Through the many years that I have had pilates sessions through Streamline, I have worked with a number of coaches, all well-trained and able to zero in on my needs.
The studio is well designed with quality and up to date equipment and all appropriate pandemic precautions are in place and maintained.
She really "gets" my body and manages to give everyone in each of her classes a "customized" work out.
The instructor was so encouraging, enthusiastic, and inspiring.
