Used to come here 2-3 years ago I got really good and was becoming a little arrogant until coach James decided to spar with me he humbled me that day he is the best coach in all of Michigan he is extremely interactive with every single person in his gym I tried coming back about 6 months ago and didn’t have the time but I am definitely gonna try harder this time thank you coach

Best gym in the area for sure if youre trying to get hard work in for a fight or just get in shape and protect yourself this is the place for you bunch of good people keeping good vibes stop in and check it out.

This place is great, an environment that pushes you and helps you improve.
Ever since I discovered this place in my life has changed drastically my fitness is on a whole Other level met many friends very knowledgeable friendly staff and most importantly very clean facility
I was hesitant the first few times, but now my only thoughts when I leave are: "Holy smokes, I'm so tired," and "I can't wait to go back.
