Here at SoulTree Yogi, I truly believe yoga and meditation is preventative care. Making sure classes are accessible and affordable to ALL is one of my main goals. I don't feel you should have to pay an arm and leg to keep your arms and legs! I want it to be a comfortable space no matter who you are or where you come from. Join me in a practice that will take you where you desire to be at your own pace. Yoga allows you to focus on being present! It's a process for progress. Learn to develop a yoga practice that enables you to create whatever space you desire and need in the mind, for the body, and with the soul.
