I have never been an early riser and have never been motivated to get up and workout at a big box gym no matter how much I wanted to.
After working out 3 times a week there for a few weeks, I noticed my body recovered more quickly from each workout and I wasn't overtly sore afterwards which was very encouraging.
The owner (Phil) is a really nice, innovative, and inspiring guy - he and the team are very adaptive to member wants/needs and have great setups in place to get people started on their (sustainable) journey to better health.
I saw changes in my body just after 4 weeks, I gained muscle and noticed myself feeling stronger.
These people care about you and you are not just another member who they want money from- they want to see you improve and create healthy habits.

The workouts are diverse, challenging, and vigorous, but the coaches add their own unique elements of fun and the community is extremely supportive :)
All of the coaches were great in modifying workouts around my knee until I was able to strengthen it.
