When I first started the kickboxing classes it was very easy to find rhythm and not feel out of place or left behind.
After a few months , my eldest daughter started taking karate as well, and I started taking their kickboxing class.
Master Cody is one of the most talented teachers and practitioners I have ever encountered.
My boys have learned consistency, respect, dedication and much more.
This place has especially helped me stay out of trouble and surrounded me with good people that have influenced me to become a better person.
Teaching the importance of how to decide when to use such skills and when to walk away.
