Carolina is great at what she does and she keeps things interesting, fun and challenging.
I started going to Sole Pilates about 2 years ago and I have been hooked ever since.
This place is amazing my mom and I do it all the time my mom used to feel pain and was very uncomfortable but when we started sole pilates she felt such a difference she was amazed sole pilates leads you through your lessons and you will feel such a difference after you are done with sole pilates my family loves this place!
I highly recommend it and for someone who is definitely not in shape they make you forget that and work with you until you get in shape.
I was giving certain restrictions not allowing me to do the physical activities that I once did before such as weight lifting and martial arts.
Her studio’s atmosphere is relaxing, calm, and very zen.
The instructor makes every class enjoyable and she is extremely knowledgable about all of the different techniques.
This is hands-down the best pilates experience I've ever had and highly recommend this studio.
