The degree of light on Yoga that was shed on me has been truly incomparable. .. I have been able to correct my misunderstandings from previous experiences successfully without frustration or anguish. My teacher has been patient, and understanding and encouraged me to speak up and even ask the same question 2-3 times if I really needed to, until I felt that I really understood the subject. On a more personal note, I have experienced the strongest spiritual transformation to date in the birthplace of Yoga. I am full of gratitude for being able to embark on this life-changing journey!
