I came to Alexys wanting to step out of my comfortable karaoke repertoire but was a little skeptical of the process. I am now a true believer in his teaching style and would recommend private lessons and group class to anyone who is looking to improve their vocal skills. I treasure Alexys for a multitude of reasons but most because of the way in which he has heavily invested in my artistic development over the last three years and never allowed me to slip back into a place where I doubted my talent.
Alexys is patient and kind, with a talented ear to give immediate feedback on what to practice on -- that immediately works!
Without a doubt, I followed Alexys to his new studio in Oakland where students come to from all over the Bay Area: San Francisco, Oakland, Mountain View, and San Jose.
