I've been working with Kevin as a personal trainer since May 2011. I've struggled with my weight for many years and after many diet plans, decided to try a different approach incorporating specific fitness goals along with my weight loss goals. I'll have to admit, there were many times when I first starting working out, that when Kevin demonstrated something he wanted me to do, such as bench dips, my initial thought was 'there's no way! !' However, even though I may have started with just doing a few repetitions, I've found I continue to get better, stronger, and fitter as we work out. Training has been a great compliment not only to my running workouts, helping me to build speed and endurance, but in making progress towards my overall weight loss goals.
