Hi, my name is Shari Gutierrez. I run my ShariFitness business out of Reign Training Facility in Corona, Ca. I have been an athlete since I was 5 years old. I mostly played baseball and basketball from rec ball, all stars all the way to high school varsity. I have also coached little league baseball. My passion for fitness came from overcoming obesity, anxiety and depression through health and fitness. I was overweight, with anxiety, depression but I was intimidated by the gym setting. I did not know how to use the equipment in the gym and felt lost and out of place. I started by only doing cardio, until I decided to hire a personal trainer. I began to love the gym and my passion to help others through health and fitness grew immensely. I decided to take my passion to the next level...
