The following 2 week program is full of parent hacked workouts to reignite your fitness and wellness. Although we sacrifice for our kids, they should also be the reason we push forward and set a strong example of what it is to be active. I've lost site of the latter, and I've built this program to make sure that I stay moving on a daily basis.

Honest, specific, expert — he has pushed me when I need pushing, has been flexible around occasional injuries (I’m a distance runner and tennis player), keeps excellent track of goals and progress, etc.
Corey is a fairly technical trainer and he always has new motions to create muscle confusion and build resilience.
