Although we sacrifice for our kids, they should also be the reason we push forward and set a strong example of what it is to be active. I've lost site of the latter, and I've built this program to make sure that I stay moving on a daily basis.

In addition to Corey being a fantastic trainer, he has a unique ability to build very authentic relationships with his clients that keep them coming back for years.
Ensures you understand what purpose each exercise is achieving, tailored to your specific anatomy and goals.
Honest, specific, expert — he has pushed me when I need pushing, has been flexible around occasional injuries (I’m a distance runner and tennis player), keeps excellent track of goals and progress, etc.
Corey is a fairly technical trainer and he always has new motions to create muscle confusion and build resilience.
Corey challenges and encourages me (he’s right when he says ‘you can do this’) and helps me achieve my goals safely.
I have worked with several personal trainers over the last 20+ years and can confidently say Corey is in a class to himself.
And, he’s great with adapting exercises, which is really important for someone under 5’ tall and joint issues!
I highly recommend him and his services to anyone at any point in their health journey as he has so much to offer with his knowledge and training.
He is expert across modalities such as kettle bells, free weights, TRX, Olympic lifting, animal movements, etc.
