The instructors don’t waste any time; they crank up the music and WORK OUT HARD for the full hour (or 75 mins sometimes).
I genuinely feel a part of the community Sangha has created every time I walk through the front door.
The 3 vinyasa classes Ive attended, have not been the same, they each have been different enough to feel fresh, and they all left my body, mind, and soul feeling stronger and uplifted.
Worth my drive over the hill from San Bruno.
They are amazing & kind teachers that will guide you through challenging hot yoga & pilates classes to keep your health in balance.
I recently started attending this studio, and I have been blown away by the kindness and sense of community fostered by the owners Jami & Jamie
They are extremely personable, the studio is clean, the heat is addicting, the instructors are fun, & the practice leaves you wanting more.
Part of me didn't want to write this review because then more people would sign up, but I realized that was scarcity mindset, and that if more people joined, they could always add extra time slots and get more instructors, and so it's actually an opportunity for me to have even more times where I can drop into class to elevate my practice and my well-being.
I love ending a busy weekend with Sangha Sunday evening Yin yoga class as a great way to rest and recharge by holding poses that lengthen and strengthen.
Yin is challenging yet simple, where as you are only doing a handful of poses , there is a variety of modifications for all fitness levels or body types, which allows everyone to be able to do Yin.
