There is a lot to learn, but the one thing that is instantly noticeable is the respect that is shown around Muay Thai, from Athlete to Athlete and Coach to Athlete.
This is an excellent gym with a very experienced coach and many friendly and skilled members.
Great classes for kids.

The instructors (especially Pete, the owner) keep you motivated and the work outs change everyday!
