Roots Yoga Studio

Yoga was present in my life from a young age. I remember having yoga books around the house, and sometimes I would look through them and try poses, but my curiosity was not much more than that until college when I found myself struggling with daily stresses. That was when I was re-introduced to yoga by a friend. As I began my practice, I immediately noticed a difference in myself. I knew I needed to learn as much as I could about the practice, science, and philosophy behind it - and immersed myself in it completely.

Sentiment Analysis
I go several times per week and so grateful I found it.
It’s nice experience after joining Yoga class.
Is a great yoga teacher and the techniques taught by her are well aligned with strengthening the core
She has made me feel comfortable with my yoga skill level and I’ve seen significant improvement in my posture, flexibility, and in acceptance of myself.
The yoga classes are just the right mix of challenging and relaxing, and I always leave feeling more grounded.
And the owner of this studio is amazing she is the true meaning of what the yoga and the energy of receiving and giving is!
Great oil incent
In a studio that is both pared down to encourage focus on the work and beautifully appointed with an abundance of plants, her gentle approach guides and uplifts each student in the practice.
The magical atmosphere and amazing teacher Komal (very skillful, kind, and caring) with her captivating voice and her yoga practices promoted a feeling of calm, relaxation, and safety in me.
The studio is on the fourth floor, you do need to be buzzed in the front door and there's an elevator that will take you to the top.
