Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness
I've been going here for about 7 months now and it's a good gym. They have a lot of equipment and plenty of space. It is only busy during rush hours, and even then it's manageable compared to other places I've been (5-6 ish). There are a lot of personal trainers of all varieties that operate out of RMFF as well so if you're into that it's a good place for training. Definitely a solid gym with a nice staff that keeps the place clean. Not much more to be asked for. "

I’m from out of town and they were really welcoming and flexible which I really appreciated!
Has everything you need, and the energy/staff are exceptional.
Vibes are immaculate, I love that I can watch Bob Ross while jamming.
A great place to go if you want to make a change in your life when it comes to physical and emotional fitness.
It is consistently VERY hot (like breaking a sweat loading weights hot), which is the #1 thing I don’t want to be while working out.
Very clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable
I've been trying out gyms trying to find my right fit and she was so wonderful.
It’s clean, has all the equipment you need, and has a huge variety of folks - from literal competitive body builders, to older people, and everyone in between.
You’ll have whatever you need to get fit but that’s not what makes it great.
While visiting Denver I had a nice place to work out.
