Rhythm of the Street Dance Studio
I studied Tap and Ballet at Agnes Gleason School of Dance in Chicago, then Tap, Ballet, Jazz and Pointe at Ideal School of Dance in Evergreen Park under Jerry Ann Soule. I studied dance in college and studied under Mary Marks in Chicago. I studied Hip-Hop under Boogie McClarin at Old Town School of Folk Music. Attending dance conventions and taking master classes with Diane Walker, Tony Waag, Margaret Morrison, Germaine Salsberg, Dr. Jeni LeGon, Dr. Harold Cromer, Tre Dumas III, Jabowen Dixon, and Star Dixon are highlights of my resume. I continue to study with Bril Barrett.

Lyn is an awesome teacher!
It is a joy to have this love of dance in our lives and it is thanks, in large part, to Lyn's teaching.
You can tell the amount of passion they have for dance because they don't want to just show you the moves but want to also make you appreciate the history and evolution of the art.
I've taken classes with Lyn Cole for 2 years, and it has been rewarding!
She is so patient with my daughter who has some mild developmental challenges.
Amazing and knowledgeable instructor.
This dance school is run by a passionate dance instructor who cares about her students.
An excellent coach and instructor for children, adults, and seniors.
Lyn Cole's creative approach to teaching is both refreshing and welcoming to people of all skill levels.
Whether you are considering a kid's or adult dance class, as complete beginner or at an intermediate/advanced level, I can whole-heartedly recommend her classes!
