I gained confidence, a new found relationship with food and my body, a strong community, friendships, and a new found passion for something that spills over into every other aspect of my life.
I wasn't in the greatest shape when I arrived here, but I felt very comfortable here and they were able to give me options for my fitness level that enabled me to get stronger while staying safe.
The coaches are knowledgeable and demonstrate the movements each time, making sure everyone knows how to perform the exercise safely.
Great coaches, awesome community, and you will get in ridiculously good shape (assuming you put in the work).
The coaches continue this attitude and all bring a unique and positive experience to the gym, whether they are coaching a class, working out alongside the members, or wrapping up another class they are present, positive and productive.
Sal and Stacy got me set up and pushed me through a killer workout.
Awesome CF gym with all the right components: great technical coaches, a super hands on owner, and great facility.
