Ray of Light Performing Arts
Since joining ROLPA's senior performance team almost two years ago, I've been given the opportunity to perform at incredible events. Some include the Movement Arts Festival in SF, Westfield Mall San Francisco, Hayward street shows, Chabot's Relay for Life, and of course, our annual school productions are always held at a beautiful venue each year. I've also performed cameos in ROLPA's musical theater productions, along with other phenomenal opportunities around the Bay Area. Being a part of this team has not only taught me how to dance but has also taught me how to love my community. Engulfing myself into teamwork and discipline has ignited my passion for dance and provided me with the confidence I need to be who I am today. — Joanna Weiland
