Kari holds a M.A. in Yoga Studies, a M.S. in Exercise Science, and is a certified Yoga Therapist. She has instructed yoga since 2011. Kari's approach to Asana is through compassion, and seeks to relax and restore the sense of divine wisdom to our bodies. Her mission is to combine Yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama, and guided meditation.
