Steph is an incredible trainer if you’re looking for 1-1 training completely customized to you.
Just wish guest passes were available or day passes were slightly lower.
I’ve been going there for a while now & I’ve been paying the membership monthly thinking they would fix it but it’s still the same.
This gym is very clean and had all the necessary equipment
The water pressure in the showers is sometimes really low for whatever and the sauna is sometimes on but not very steamy/hot.
It's impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the trainers are not only professional but truly adept at their craft.
It is clean the employees are friendly and 99% of the machines work on any given day.
The gym itself is well-equipped and feels like a genuine place to work out, as opposed to an Equinox, which seems overly manicured for a gym.
