Letitia Walker is an amazing yoga teacher, offering a calmness, a presence and ever-expanding knowledge in her yoga classes. The poses build on each other - increasing stretches and strength, balancing and fixing body alignment, and offering options for each student's needs. I hate to miss a class. My occasional chiropractic visits are met with the chiropractor's amazement at how well my body holds adjustments even after broken arms and bike wrecks, which I attribute to the core strength and flexibility developed in yoga. If you are looking for a long term spiritual and body-healing yoga practice, this is it!
