The instructor Wendy is very attentive and helpful.
Funny enough, I often forget the studio is inside a coffee shop, until the smell of freshly baked muffins wafts in during savassana or you hear the ambiant chatter of customers from other side of the wall.
I feel it is shifting me into a deeper understanding of myself and the energy around me !

The teachers and other students are so welcoming and encouraging and I don't feel out of place, even though I had never practiced yoga consistently before coming to Pure Light.
