I can seriously say I have never met anyone more knowledgeable about every single exercise discipline than Kathy. From yoga, Pilates, gyrotonic, zumba and more. Her knowledge extends to every part of wellness. They have transformed me to someone who has found a way to exercise and eat that actually makes sense and is completely doable! Thank you! !!
