For example, she had me lift my leg and brought it to my attention that I was also tightening my neck and shoulders!
The studio is clean, comfortable and outfitted with everything that one may need to lengthen and strengthen.
I did two sessions at Progressive Pilates with her and would recommend 1000%.
Since I began my pilates journey with them two years ago, I am stronger, move better, stand taller, and feel pilates has contributed to a much more positive mindset.
Everyone in the studio is lovely, knowledgeable and patient, even if you can’t tell the difference between left and right (sorry Brynne o/).
I did not realize that strengthening my core would help me walk better, swim better, bike better, and most importantly, snowboard better
I learned so much and feel like I am finally activating/using my core correctly.
I've been going to Progressive since last September, working with the wonderful Cristina Rubio, and it has truly changed my life.
It was nobody’s fault and the business charged me anyway, and while I understand people need to be paid for their time, the situation was not that I was hungover and didn’t show up, I was actually commuting there and had no way of getting there, a totally unforeseen (although not too unpredictable for the MTA sadly) experience.
I have herniated disc, and Brynne and Christina helped me go through 2 pregnancies with no spasm.
