The positive effects that PMA Merrimack has had on my kids are clear to see. Over the years I've witnessed steady progress in their strength, endurance, self defense and technical abilities. What's impressed me more though is that their confidence, tenacity, integrity and willingness to work hard has seen dramatic improvements. Sensei Chris is an amazing role model that I'm proud to have in my kids' lives!

All the classes from kids karate, kids Jiu Jitsu, adult Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu are formatted to fit all levels of experience.

Great with kids of all levels....
My family attends classes at all levels including the little kids karate class, kids jiu jitsu (the only kids jiu jitsu class in the area), and the adult muay thai kickboxing and adult jiu jitsu.
