Each class is 40 minutes. There are 4 zones that you rotate between for 10 minutes each. (We checked our math on that one, too). Within each zone, there are 3 exercises that are performed in a circuit fashion. Everything is time-based, and this is YOUR time to use however you'd like.

I can tell that after 8 months of doing it, I can jump higher and lift some weight, I also saw a muscle in my arm that was not there before, so is working.
