Pinnacle Parkour Academy
I have bi-polar disorder with a lot of anxiety and depression. I used to sit in my house alot feeling depressed and lazy. Then my son started parkour. It looked like so much fun, so I figured, why not try a free class? After that free class, I went home feeling exhilarated! A little sore, but better than I had felt in years! I immediately signed up for 6 weeks and started going 5 days a week. My mood improved, my sleeping habits better, and on the way to quitting smoking. I am overcoming fears and pushing myself farther than I ever imagined possible. Thank you to all the great guys and girls at PPK for my healthier mind and body! !! Michelle F.

Did I complimentary class to see if it was a fit for my son.
My 9 year old was interested in a Ninja Gym and I took him to PP to try out the free class after having a negative experience at another gym with them not following Covid guidelines with masks.
