Another key reason why we were able to understand ourselves on a deeper level was that we were pampered and given the space and time to reflect on what we may be missing from our lives.

Besides the exercise, mindfulness, and good food, you leave with a better sense of self and feeling blessed to have met those you experience the weekend with!

It was a great way to reset and reconnect with myself through daily yoga practices, workshops and bonding with the other girls.

I would highly recommend if anyone is looking to get away for a week with some amazing people then one of Pineapple Yogis retreats is the place you want to be!

Sharon's an amazing teacher who has an enormous heart & passion for the work she's doing which pours out of everything she does.

Nosara, the people, the wonderful ladies I shared those days, the food, the excursions, and of course the workshops and yoga classes.

This retreat provided me the opportunity to discuss and learn how to balance life with taking care of our mind/body and to form new relationships.

Had my first retreat experience at the winter reset and it was perfect!

The accommodations are always great but this house gave extra special feels with its spacious, open layout and extra large windows showcasing a cozy snowfall during our stay.

All the women who attended this retreat must have been drawn to Sharon’s beautiful energy because they were some of the kindest and most respectful people I’ve met in a long time.
