Before the focus was to lose weight - now it's to be healthy overall and know how to take care of myself holistically.

The studio provides healing in various ways for this community and Susan works real hard to have everything in one place - reflexology, acupuncture, doctors, health coaches.

Other fitness studios woudn't offer the personalized attention - that's the benefit of coming to Pilates Plus.

I like the class sizes - the small class means that there is more one-on-one time between you and the instructor.

Since coming here I can do more things like exercising, stretching more, and housework isn't as difficult as before.

While they thrive in providing both private and group services in Pilates and Yoga, their services extend to Massage, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy and even new and interesting things like Pilates Cardio Jumpboard and Pilates Barre-Core!
