I've taken Pilates classes across the city and the classes here are by far the best--interesting lesson plans that keep you engaged, an emphasis on form and functional movement, and individualized attention and modifications so the class is right for you.

She focuses on precision and body awareness while also bringing charismatic energy that keeps me going.
