I have been going to Pilates by Linda for almost 3 years and love this place. It is a hidden treasure. I went today with my sciatica really acting up – which it hasn't done in almost 2 -1/2 years. Karin worked with me and I left feeling wonderful and with some ideas of what to do at home if it ever happens again. Go, try Pilates and you will be so glad you did.
