We are Pilates BKLYN, a community-based studio bringing all of the feel-good movement of Pilates and more in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our expertly and diversely trained fitness professionals provide a variety of classes that will leave you feeling strong and empowered both inside and outside the studio. Been coming here for around 6 months since I herniated three discs.
Gabby worked with me this morning and Taylor worked with me yesterday evening.
5 stars because I’m sure their classes are great if you get in and the tightness is more personal than other studios, so if you’re looking for that or the Greenpoint beer community this is perfect for you!
Instructors are great, classes are fun and they offer options for all levels.
Kaseedee is a phenomenal instructor, she is extremely knowledgeable in health and fitness and is sensitive and works around any injuries you might have to heal and become stronger.
Great Pilates studio that makes everyone feel comfortable, regardless of your experience or fitness level.
They are able to help give alternative movements if you are working with an injury.
You can tell they all love what they do and care about everyone having a great time.
I have gone to most Pilates / barre/ yoga studios in North Brooklyn and this is by far the most welcoming, positive and approachable atmosphere I have been to.
It’s a welcoming atmosphere especially for someone new to yoga and Pilates.
