I’ve trained for nine years and know some schools can be really rough with beginners but they did a great job being welcoming and letting him move around.
When I asked if I could speak to someone that knows more about the types of programs, she said "that's what you do in kickboxing, you punch bags, kick things".
I was a little reluctant about bringing our son in, but he has truly made me feel so much more comfortable about bringing our son in!
