PCYC is the only yoga studio in Park City using radiant heat. Mimicking the suns rays, this style of heat is therapeutic, penetrating muscles, joints, and tissues- allowing them to heal and regenerate. Because infrared heat is directly warming the muscles (and not the air), it allows your body to safely open up to an even greater range of motion. Radiant heat is a natural way to aid aches and pains from arthritis, fybromyalgia, and other health-related illnesses.

I feel supported 100% of the time to be exactly where I’m at, whether in a sculpt class, hot power, or during yoga.
She and her friends are all in high school and the studio was so good about making them feel comfortable!
The facility is immaculate and they make it easy to bring visitors from out of town.
Not only in the context of teaching and practicing yoga, but professionally as an engineering professor and personally as a human being.
Dodi, Kelli and Maddie are the classes I go to because they all offer something a little different that keeps it fun and a great work out.
The studio is great, the mats and towel service made it easy as a guest.
Jen even teaches and if you are looking for a great workout to not only improve your form but also serve your body in the best way SHE IS YOUR GAL!
