Barre is a low impact but high intensity class that combines elements of ballet dance, pilates, general fitness, low impact cardio, strength training, and yoga. We move to the beat of the music but no actual dancing is involved. We focus on small, isometric movements that exhaust the muscles to the point of fatigue. While always low impact, you can expect to sweat and feel your muscles working! Michelle's Barre class combines creates classic barre technique with fresh, creative choreography and heart pumping playlists. No two classes will ever be the same with new sequences each week!
