Paragon Simi Valley
(23 Reviews)
Paragon Simi Valley was originally founded in 2007 by 3rd degree Black Belt Dion Watts whose lineage includes Relson Gracie and Jean Jacques Machado. Known then as Watts Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Academy we were the first Jiu-Jitsu school in Simi Valley and the largest training facility in the area. In 2015 we joined the world famous Paragon team and are now run by Dion Watts' oldest student and Paragon Black Belt, Edgar Gallegos.

I felt welcomed joining, the instructors know a lot and explains then goes through the demonstration the help me learn.
Really great teachers that brake things down into detail, flexible times/different classes at varying levels, and they are pretty on top of staying clean!
It was a little funny, but it made me feel good cause I know if I'm not there that there will be a good person that cares and looks out for my son and the rest of the kids as well.
Super real, super challenging and super Professional.
Great gym with wonderful teachers who care about their students.
They like that they are able to learn new skills they can use to defend themselves if needed.
I was 49 and out of shape when I started, if I can do it so can you!
My boys (7 and 9) have been going to the youth class for a couple of years now and they have progressed so much.
We have met some great people, and it's like a Second family for us..
I've been training at Watts for almost 2 years with my kids, and it's been a great experience; probably the most fun I've ever had with my kids.
