Rola and Richard are both great teacher's and friends and have a great classes for yoga.
Not only to align your body but most importantly to align your mind.
I am a beginner in orangeblueflow yoga classes Rola teach me how I can learn to relieve my stress and take her time with me to go over and over a lot of time to be better 🙏
I have found Rola to be very knowledgable and talented to help work through poses and stretching well beyond what I thought I could do, helping to correct poses for proper form to access those even tougher positions I didn't think possible!
I highly recommend this yoga studio if you want to be healthy and bring peace to your mind and body.
Other side benefits I've experienced also include losing a nagging pain I had in my lower back for years and straightening my spine, too.
