I always leave both classes feeling refreshed, a little more connected to my local community, and glad I took some time to strengthen my body and leave some stress behind.

Unfortunately the studio is really only “open” the 15 minutes before or after a class, I feel like a receptionist or office aid would help so that people could come in and ask about the studio/ get classes without having to show up to a class specifically.

The room and class size is small, and the instructor did a great job of making me feel welcome without making me feel intimidated by being such a novice.

The instructors and clients are extremely kind, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

I only wish the schedule was a little easier to track and went a little later, especially on weekdays.

Have taken classes with both Gina & Regina, who always provide modifications and are well-attuned to students‘ needs.

Gina Fitzpatrick has created a wonderful space in the heart of Chicago's Ravenswood neighborhood and fills it with her charming positivity and expansive knowledge.

This was my 1st class in over a year and I felt comfortable going at my own pace with modifications.

Attended the Sunday morning vinyasa practice with Kevin.

Friendly studio that is both appropriate for experienced individuals and also very accessible to beginners.
