Tony has done an excellent job creating the 12 week program. It was great how he introduced a new topic every week and we met weekly to talk about progress. It was about the third week I cracked my shell and started to cry when he asked me, do you love yourself. The answer was yes and that was why I was there, I knew I needed help. My blood pressure, cholesterol and weight were at all time highs. I have tried many different programs throughout the years, but never has anything worked like this. I strongly encourage anyone wanting to live their best life to work with Tony. As long as I can remember (in reflection), I really hadn't taken care of my body and in turn, the other aspects of my life were suffering as a result.

Firstly, his approach is holistic, so I am learning a lot about how different aspects of my life are affecting my physical well-being.
The real value though is that through the coaching and the course I have been equipped with the belief and the tools to be successful at health and fitness for life.
No matter what I tried, I couldn't sustain it and I never felt good - and thus the never ending cycle of I should workout and eat right to feel better and less tired, but I am to tired and don't feel good enough to work out.
