I have to drive a bit far to get here and it's more expensive than I'd like to spend but it's worth it.
I didn’t know they had an outdoor pool, I didn’t know they had a racquetball court, I didn’t know where the classrooms were where the pools were, about the swim suit spinner, shampoo and conditioner, nothing.
Therapy is job one,they get you ready
Great gym, lots of extras.
To my surprise I found this fitness center to be hands down better than the the Sage, Buehler, Hastings Lake, and Foglia YMCA's hands down - superior both in what it offers (all the toiletries), free classes as well as its hours!
Something for everyone from beginners to hard-core weight lifters
Therapy pool available
Nice crowd of dedicated members and staff.
Clean and great equipment.
I feel very lucky to be at that facility, the people there work as a team from making appointments to making sure you do your therapy or aquatics, with attention to do exercises at home.
